CrashMania Light Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Rocket Dreams Ltd. (“Rocket Dreams”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you access and use of the CrashMania Light platform, including all subdomains, websites, games, applications, content, services, and its affiliated channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you ("player", "User", "you", or "your") agree that this Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with us, alongside our Terms of Service, Responsible Social Play Policy, and any other Special Terms that may apply (collectively, the "Customer Agreement").

1. ADDITIONAL DEFINITIONS

1.7 “Transaction Data” includes records of purchases (excluding full card numbers).
1.8 “Usage Data” means activity logs and interactions with the Platform.
1.9 “User Account” refers to your CrashMania Light login and profile.

We collect Device Information to understand how you access our Platform and to ensure compatibility. We also collect Usage Data to analyze player interactions and improve user experience. Transaction Data helps us manage payments and gameplay rewards.

• Opt out of marketing or targeted advertising
• Limit the use of sensitive data

Once retention is no longer required, we securely delete or irreversibly anonymise the data.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

14. US STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, NV)

Rocket Dreams does not ‘sell’ or ‘share’ Personal Information as defined by the CCPA. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide a ‘Do Not Sell or Share’ link.

15. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We do not use your Personal Information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, as defined under the GDPR. If this changes, we will notify you and provide appropriate safeguards.

18. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

19. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

The Platform does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. You can still limit tracking using your device or browser settings.

20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
